The IBC list now works, and people should feel free to join it. To
subscribe, send mail to ibc-request@bestiary.com with the single word
"subscribe" in the message body (*not* the subject!) Subscribers will
get more information when they join.
I've set the list up with security features:
1. Only subscribers can send to the list.
2. The manager will only send the list of subscribers to people who are
already subscribed.
Feel free to forward this message to anyone who wants to read it...
